About The Position
This position is for a Physical Therapist (PT) working day shifts from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with 35 guaranteed hours per week for a 90-week contract. The PT provides rehabilitation services to patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery, focusing on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence through individualized treatment programs.
Requirements
- Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license in the applicable state
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or PT)
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical record documentation
Nice To Haves
- Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or outpatient therapy settings is preferred
