PHYSICAL THERAPIST / OUTPATIENT R|O|C Physical Therapy, the Leader in Outpatient Physical Therapy in the Greater Phoenix Area, is seeking a PHYSICAL THERAPIST for our GILBERT GATEWAY Clinic. About Us: Established in 2018, R|O|C Physical Therapy is a PT owned and community-focused outpatient practice, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care while fostering a nurturing environment for our team. Requirements
- Must be a graduate from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited school of Physical Therapy.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in accordance with industry standards and R|O|C policies.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring effective rehabilitation outcomes.
- Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and maintaining a high standard of patient care.
- Actively participate in case management, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners to enhance and expand client relations.
