Physical Therapist- Silver Lake

Independence RehabEverett, WA

About The Position

Independence Rehab is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team at Bethany at Silver Lake in Everett. In this role, you'll help older adults regain mobility, independence, and confidence following illness, injury, or hospitalization. Many of the patients you'll work with are navigating major life transitions-your clinical expertise will help them safely return to daily activities and improve their overall quality of life. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a new graduate seeking mentorship, this is a place where your clinical judgment is respected and your work truly matters. As a Physical Therapist on our rehab team, you'll work with a medically complex geriatric population in a collaborative skilled nursing environment. Each day brings new challenges and meaningful opportunities to support patient progress. Small improvements often mean a great deal to patients and their families-and you'll play a key role in those moments. Independence Rehab is a therapist-owned rehabilitation company, which means our leadership team understands the realities of therapy practice. We operate our therapy programs independently, allowing therapists to focus on patient care without unnecessary administrative pressure. We believe strong support leads to strong clinicians. New graduates are welcome and supported. If you're a Physical Therapist who values meaningful patient outcomes, supportive leadership, and a manageable caseload, we'd love to connect.
