Requirements

• Compassion and forward thinking
• Effective communication skill and strong interpersonal skills that will motivate patients to restore their physical function and mobility
• Must have valid Washington PT license that is in good standing
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred

Responsibilities

• Optimize patient centered diagnosis
• Assess strengths and weaknesses to devise a creative and effective team-based treatment plan in accordance with the physician's orders
• Combine evidence based physical therapy practice philosophies to ensure the best clinical outcomes for our patients
