About The Position
Physical Therapist - Parker at The Pavilion - Per diem - Starting hourly rate $55.00 (depending on experience) - The areas highest quality rehabilitation services providing a warm and compassionate environment - 9:00am - 5:30pm, (2) shifts monthly, Monday - Friday, Rehab at Home in all of Middlesex County - The Physical Therapist will provide direct physical therapy services to those we serve with the goal of helping them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model of practice. Requirements
- MS/DPT in Physical Therapy or BS with equivalent work experience
- Valid NJ State Physical Therapy licensure
- Valid NJ Driver's License
- Minimum one (1) year of experience; nursing care facility w/ geriatric patients
- Homecare visits are required
- Flu vaccine required during flu season
