About The Position
Physical Therapist - Parker at The Pavilion - Per diem - Starting hourly rate $55.00 (depending on experience) - The areas highest quality rehabilitation services providing a warm and compassionate environment - 9:00am - 5:30pm, (2) shifts monthly, Monday - Friday, Rehab at Home in all of Middlesex County - The Physical Therapist will provide direct physical therapy services to those we serve with the goal of helping them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model of practice. Parker offers Rehabilitation Services – Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy – in the comfort of one’s home. We provide high quality, one-on-one individualized therapy sessions with the highest clinical outcomes for our participants. Program participants benefit from services offered in their own home by our dedicated care partners who are committed to meeting their needs. Mileage, cell phone reimbursement, and travel time to visits are additional and covered per Parker’s guidelines.
Requirements
- MS/DPT in Physical Therapy or BS with equivalent work experience.
- Valid NJ State Physical Therapy licensure.
- Valid NJ Driver's License.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience; nursing care facility w/ geriatric patients.
- Homecare visits are required.
- Flu vaccine required during flu season.
