THE POSITION: We are hiring new graduate Physical Therapists to join multiple IRG clinic locations. Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Ability to lift, bend, squat, reach, and perform physical demonstrations with patients, including athletes.
Comfort working at a computer station for documentation needs.
Ability to provide your own transportation to and from the IRG clinic.

Nice To Haves

Interest in general orthopedics and manual therapy.
Desire to grow into specialty certifications or advanced practice.

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehab including manual therapy, functional movement training, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic exercise
Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with experienced clinicians to enhance your clinical skills
Educate patients and families on recovery and long-term wellness
Uphold IRG’s standards for patient-centered care and professional excellence
