About The Position

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients in coordination with the physician and the patient care team. The Physical Therapist completes patient assessments and participates in developing and implementing individualized care plans focusing on goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive patient experience. The Physical Therapist provides or directs a majority of the patient’s physical therapy to support patients throughout the continuum of care.

Requirements

• Will Accept New Grads but must be licensed within the state of Florida.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of FL REQUIRED
• Master’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree
