About The Position
This position is for a Physical Therapist (PT) in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) working day shifts from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with 35 guaranteed hours per week for a 14-week contract. The PT provides rehabilitation services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, focusing on restoring mobility, strength, and independence.
Requirements
- Hold an active Physical Therapist license
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or PT)
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in SNF, rehab, or long-term care settings is preferred
