Requirements

Are a licensed Physical Therapist (entry-level or experienced)
Utilize manual therapy and targeted exercise progressions to return patients to full strength, not just basic ADLs
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, personalized care
Thrive in a collaborative, team-driven setting
Are motivated to grow your skills — and, if experienced, to mentor others
Hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and a Virginia PT license (or are eligible)
