About The Position
This position is for a Physical Therapist (PT) in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) working day shifts from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with 35 guaranteed hours per week for a 90-week contract. This is an increased rate opportunity, providing rehabilitation services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, with a focus on restoring mobility, strength, and independence.
Requirements
- Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or PT)
- Strong skills in patient assessment, care planning, and documentation
