Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapist license in California
- Must meet clinical competency requirements
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and manage a full-time caseload
Nice To Haves
- CPR certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize clinical quality and service excellence
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic techniques and exercise programs that facilitate pain relief and functional recovery
- Document clinical services, ensure accurate billing, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Identify opportunities to expand rehabilitation services and contribute to program growth
- Build strong relationships with patients and the local community to support long-term wellness goals
