About The Position

A premier health center in Burbank is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their outpatient clinic. You'll take ownership of clinical quality, patient outcomes, and the growth of rehabilitation programs that serve the local community. This is a full-time, direct hire role with Monday–Friday scheduling and no weekend commitments—new grads are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapist license in California
• Ability to meet clinical competency requirements
• Capable of maintaining regular attendance

Nice To Haves

• Current CPR certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Planning, developing, and implementing rehabilitation programs that meet clinical quality and service excellence standards
• Providing direct patient care using hands-on techniques and therapeutic exercise to facilitate pain relief and functional recovery
• Documenting and billing clinical services accurately to support financial viability
• Monitoring customer relations and identifying opportunities for program growth
• Evaluating employee performance and the effectiveness of ongoing rehabilitation programs
• Ensuring all services align with customer and company expectations
