About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions, established in 2016, is a therapist-owned and operated company dedicated to delivering exceptional therapy services. As the provider of outpatient therapy services for Luminis Health, the company is part of a robust, multidisciplinary team comprising physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, all working collaboratively to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Clinicians have the unique opportunity to engage in Luminis Health’s Orthopedic Residency Program, which offers advanced training and mentorship. The company prioritizes the growth and well-being of its employees, offering support for professional development and eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program to help achieve financial and career objectives. The core mission is to provide highly personalized and skilled physical therapy services within a warm and welcoming environment, treating every patient with the same care as one would their own family. The caseload is diverse, covering both non-surgical and post-operative patients, with a focus on sport-specific rehabilitation, joint, and spine management. Therapists can explore specialized programs in orthopedics, pelvic health, hand, neurology, and lymphedema. The company emphasizes quality patient care by maintaining appropriate and optimal caseloads and fostering professional growth. Collaboration with Luminis Health colleagues and surgeons is key to developing comprehensive healthcare approaches. Therapists are encouraged to pursue their specific interests and passions, with company support for specialty therapy services. As an expanding company, Therapy Partner Solutions offers clear career advancement paths, including roles such as clinical instructor, clinic lead, operations director, or even the opportunity to launch a new facility.
