About The Position

Places You’ll Go Therapy (PYG) was founded with a vision to provide high-quality, compassionate care in the home setting. We primarily serve pediatric clients ages 3–17 and are continuing to grow. We are proud to be therapist-led and committed to manageable caseloads, strong communication, and a positive work culture. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide pediatric home health services. This role includes evaluation, treatment planning, and direct intervention to support children in improving mobility, strength, coordination, and overall functional independence. This position offers flexibility and autonomy while maintaining strong clinical collaboration and leadership support.

Requirements

  • Active Arizona Physical Therapist license
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Article 9 certification
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently in a home health setting
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable functional goals
  • Provide engaging, play-based therapy services in the home environment
  • Address areas including gross motor development, balance, coordination, strength, endurance, gait training, and functional mobility
  • Recommend and monitor adaptive equipment and positioning needs (as appropriate)
  • Educate and coach caregivers on home exercise programs and carryover strategies
  • Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain compliance with state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies
