About The Position

At Places You’ll Go Therapy (PYG), a therapist-led pediatric home health company, the belief is that therapists do their best work when they feel supported, respected, and heard. PYG was founded with a vision to provide high-quality, compassionate therapy services in the home setting, primarily serving pediatric clients ages 3–17 throughout Arizona. The leadership team prioritizes support, collaboration, and sustainable caseloads to enable therapists to build rewarding careers and make a meaningful impact. The company is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide pediatric home health services. In this role, the PT will evaluate children, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver engaging therapy to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence. This position offers flexibility, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on pediatric clients and their families.

Requirements

  • Active Arizona Physical Therapist License
  • Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Article 9 Certification
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently in a home health setting
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable therapy goals
  • Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions in the home setting
  • Address areas such as gross motor development, balance, coordination, strength, mobility, and functional movement
  • Educate caregivers on strategies to support progress and physical development at home
  • Document therapy sessions and client progress accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain compliance with state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies
