About The Position

Evaluates each individual patient’s strength, motion, function, sensorium, balance and coordination, etc. in terms of diagnosis, precautions, and complications Develops, documents and implements appropriate treatment plan to promote the optimal outcomes with regard to transfer skills and mobility skills Maintains current and accurate records of evaluation findings, treatment programs, progress and treatment units Responsible for identifying and organizing solutions to difficulties in patient assessment, planning and treatment Interacts with the interdisciplinary team to achieve effective inter-team communication regarding patient treatment, goals, progress and discharge recommendations Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Shift: PRN - As Needed Monday - Friday

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Must have current MS license to practice physical therapy
