Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Physical Therapist license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required.
• Relevant experience in physical therapy is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Team collaboration abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assess & Plan: Partner with physicians and patients to create customized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Deliver Exceptional Care: Implement targeted therapy interventions to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and prevent complications.
• Educate & Empower: Provide patients and their families with the knowledge and resources needed for continued success.
• Document & Adapt: Maintain accurate records and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Lead with Compassion: Foster a positive, encouraging, and collaborative rehabilitation environment.
