We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a respected outpatient orthopedic clinic in Surprise, AZ. Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Master’s degree required; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
- Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Arizona
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, orthopedic-focused rehabilitation
- Driven to grow in a culture that values innovation, ethics, and teamwork
- AZ PT License (Or Eligible)
Nice To Haves
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and functional assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
- Monitor clinical progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with PTAs, referring physicians, and multidisciplinary care partners
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Adhere to all clinical, ethical, and compliance standards
