About The Position

We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy to patients managing orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. You’ll enjoy a balance of autonomy and interdisciplinary collaboration, with resources designed to help you provide outstanding patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (U.S. only; excludes Puerto Rico)
• Master’s degree required; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
• Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license
• Proficient in clinical documentation and electronic medical records
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, team-based outpatient environment

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments
• Design and implement customized treatment plans rooted in clinical evidence
• Deliver therapy through manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
• Reassess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
• Collaborate with referring providers and healthcare team members
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, recovery goals, and home exercises
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in the EMR
• Support prevention education and promote long-term functional wellness
• Adhere to all applicable practice guidelines and ethical standards
