About The Position
VNA Care is seeking a Weekend Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to conduct home health visits for our Needham Teams. This position requires working on Saturdays and Sundays with flexible 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts within the Needham team's tight geographic areas. Salary Range: $101,000 - $137,000 per year, based on full-time hours, need to adjust for part-time hours Needham/Canton HH Teams have visits in and around: Team 1: Arlington, Belmont, Watertown, Newton, Wellesley, Needham, Dedham, Dover, Medfield, Norwood Team 2: Franklin to Foxboro to Bridgwater to Braintree to Marshfield The selected candidate will participate in an extensive Home Health orientation program, including working with a preceptor in the field. As part of the role, the Physical Therapist will be supported by an Educator while learning Oasis E documenting, Time Management, and the EMR system (Home Care Home Base). Requirements
- Active MA Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Ability and willingness to travel within a designated territory
