Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
One year’s experience preferred
TX licensure in physical therapy
Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child’s physical, motor, cognitive, and functional development
Provide direct therapy services in home settings, promoting skill carryover across environments
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
Recommend adaptive equipment or assistive devices and train families on proper use in daily routines
Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals at home
Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, holistic care
