About The Position

Physical Therapist  - Outpatient - $5K Sign On Bonus Job Type: Full-Time                                                                                                                                                                                                      Pay Range: $92,000 - $120,000 per year                                                                                                                                                                      Job Location: Culver City Ca. We are looking for a full-time outpatient PT that is passionate about one on one specialty treatment with their patients.  We are a niche, pilates based physical therapypany that takes great pride in what we do.  You will have the ability to work 4 ten hour shifts or 5 eight hour shifts, all Mon-Fri. How Orthosport & Confluent Health Supports You:     LIFT (Loan Incentive for Therapists) program - eligible clinicians may receive up to $25,000 in student loan repayment, paid directly to the lender Fully paid trainings, certifications and education programs through Evidence in Motion (EIM) AI enabled Clinical documentation which therapists report reduces documentation time by 90% A focus to create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture Comprehensive mentorship and career development Leadership and talent development opportunities Generous Paid Time Off Industry leading Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD insurances 401(k) Employer Matching Family Building and Parental Benefits You'll achieve success by: Reviewing patients medical history Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending and average of 30 minutes with each person Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns Developing individualized treatment plans for patients  with clear goals and expected oues Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed

Requirements

  • Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in California
  • CPR and first aid certification required
  • Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
  • AHA BLS required
  • Experienced Physical Therapists and New Grads are wee to .
  • Must successfullyplete all pre-employment standards.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrateprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
  • Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance.
  • Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team.
