About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions, therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. We understand therapists because we are therapists ourselves, and we recognize the unique challenges that clinicians face every day. As the provider of outpatient therapy services for Luminis Health, we’re proud to be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Our clinicians also have the opportunity to participate in Luminis Health’s Orthopedic Residency Program, gaining advanced training and mentorship in a collaborative setting. We believe clinicians thrive when they feel valued, supported, and equipped to grow. Work here, erase your student debt (PSLF Eligible). Alongside professional development opportunities, our team members are also eligible to participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program, helping them achieve long-term financial and career goals. We treat every patient the way we would want ourselves and our families to be treated. Our mission is to provide the most personalized and skilled physical therapy services possible, all within a warm and welcoming environment. The caseload encompasses patients with both non-surgical and post-operative presentations, featuring a diverse mix of sport-specific rehabilitation, joint and spine management. Specialized programs that align with the interests of therapists in orthopedics, pelvic health, hand, neurology, and lymphedema are available for comprehensive care tailored to individual needs. The company values time in patient care, maintaining appropriate and optimal caseloads, prioritizing interests and professional growth, and collaborating with Luminis Health colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach. Therapists are supported in pursuing specific interests or passions and are offered a roadmap to advance their careers, including becoming a clinical instructor, leading a clinic, directing operations, or launching a new facility.
