Position Summary: The Physical Therapist evaluates patients mobility and motor assets and liabilities for functional performance. The Physical Therapist provides goal directed, activity oriented treatment to promote optimum independence in functional mobility and daily life tasks. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy licensure.
• Current CPR & BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality care for patients receiving physical therapy services according to national, state, hospital & department standards of care.
• Completes all documentation to ensure the availability of accurate & up-to-date information.
• Completes appropriate financial management responsibilities.
• Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism & good interpersonal skills in all interactions/communications.
