Clinical Coordinator of Rehab Services - 40 hours/week, day shift
About The Position
Under the supervision of the director of rehabilitation services, the clinical coordinator will assist in the management and direction of both the inpatient and outpatient departments. One half of the coordinators time is spent in direct patient care in their area of expertise. The candidate will be accountable to define and implement policies and standards for PT, OT, Speech and Audiology. The clinical coordinator will initiate student internships and training programs at NHC facilities, coordinate development of current professional and work with individual therapists to develop product line specialties.
Requirements
- College graduate with a minimum of a BS in a rehabilitation field (masters preferred) with 3-5 years of clinical experience
- Current Massachusetts license in respective field
- BCLS
