About The Position
Per Visit PT for Dorchester Teams VNA of Boston is seeking Per Visit PTs for Home Health visits. Must have Home Health and Oasis E experience. Visit Rate: $82.00 Work any combination of days and hours.. Visits are scheduled between 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri and/or between 8a-6:30p Sat-Sun. You let us know your availability to work with a preceptor and educator. A 24-hour weekly schedule is recommended while training. Requirements
- Good standing MA PT license
- Home Health and Oasis E experience
- Willingness to travel within a territory.
