About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be committed to improving patients’ mobility, function, and overall quality of life through personalized treatment plans.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Educate patients and caregivers on recovery strategies and injury prevention
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
