FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking Physical Therapists to join the team at our Metro West location. We have Full & Part-Time positions available and offer flexibility with scheduling. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
  • Current license to practice physical therapy in Florida
  • 1+ years of experience in the field is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with vestibular/Pelvic floor/Lymphedema is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform new patient evaluations and examinations
  • Determine necessary PT based on prescriptions, referrals, patient conditions, and records
  • Plan, prepare, and administer treatment programs based on evaluation of patient data
  • Evaluate and record the effects of treatment at various stages and adjust to achieve maximum benefit
  • Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuum of care
  • Keep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, and discharge summaries
  • Communicate with referring physicians
