We are seeking skilled and motivated Commercial Roofers to join our expanding team. Our projects span new construction, industrial facilities, hospitality, retail centers, multifamily complexes, office buildings, and green roofs. The Commercial Roofer plays a key role in installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of commercial roofing systems. This position requires hands-on technical work, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively as part of a field crew. You will collaborate with team members, follow project schedules, and help ensure high-quality, watertight roofing installations.

Requirements

  • Previous commercial or industrial roofing experience preferred; Training available for motivated individuals.
  • Willing to learn and follow roofing safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
  • Ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
  • Willingness to travel when projects require it.

Nice To Haves

  • OSHA certifications a plus; Nations Roof provides paid professional training opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Install and repair roofing systems including EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Metal Flashing, and Built-Up roofing.
  • Assist with installation of vapor barriers, insulation layers, and roof system components.
  • Measure, cut, and apply membranes, flashing, shingles, tiles, and other materials.
  • Perform roof inspections to verify quality, safety, and watertightness.
  • Support the installation of skylights, gutters, and exterior drainage systems.
  • Safely remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations.
  • Mentor and assist less experienced team members to support crew development.
  • Use company tools, software, and technology to follow schedules and project plans.
  • Travel out of state for projects, as required.
