Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized care plans
  • Provide evidence-based treatments including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
  • Supervise and mentor PTAs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs
  • Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system
  • Collaborate with referring providers and participate in team meetings
  • Ensure compliance with Arizona PT licensure and CEU requirements
