About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Director to lead and support our behavioral health team in Glendale, AZ. This role is ideal for a licensed professional with strong leadership skills, a trauma-informed approach, and a passion for building effective, patient-centered programs. Requirements

• Active Arizona license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care practices.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
