Overview Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Location: 13055 W McDowell Rd Suite G-107 Avondale, AZ 85392 Incentives: $15,000 Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday with 2 evenings until 6 PM Compensation: Salaried, starting at $75,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program This opportunity is at a Sports Center of Excellence featuring a large, open-layout clinic with advanced equipment and technology, supporting six local high schools in partnership with ATCs. Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
