The Oaks Post Acute is a pristine 122 bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Orangeburg, SC. We are excited to share that we are operating under NEW OWNERSHIP with a new dynamic team! Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited college/university
  • South Carolina Licensed Physical Therapist (Required)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high admissions healthcare facility

Nice To Haves

  • CPR Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients
  • Communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical records.
  • Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.
