About The Position

This position is for a Physical Therapist (PT) working Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, averaging 40 hours per week with weekend coverage as needed. This is a permanent placement opportunity in a SNF/ALF setting, offering a salary range of $45–$52/hour. The PT will provide rehabilitation services to help patients improve mobility, strength, and independence.

Requirements

• Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license
• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or PT)
• Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and documentation skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or rehab settings is preferred
