Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA).
• Current (or eligible) Florida Physical Therapist license.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered care approach.
• Knowledge of APTA Code of Ethics and professional standards.
• A positive attitude, team mindset, and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations using evidence-based practices.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care that drive measurable results.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in our EHR system.
• Reassess patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
• Empower patients through education, motivation, and hands-on clinical excellence.
