About The Position

This position provides direct patient care for the Cancer and Blood Disorders Center serving hematology-oncology and bone marrow transplant patients across the hospital’s inpatient and pediatric intensive care unit. This position provides evaluation and treatment for patients >12 months of age, in collaboration with patients, families, and treatment teams to improve safety with functional mobility, achievement of developmental milestones, and maximization of independence with self-care skills. Includes weekend and holiday rotations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in physical therapy.
  • Current Washington State license to practice as a physical therapist.
  • BLS.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
  • Experience in hospital based pediatric physical therapy.
