As a Physical Therapist, you will perform detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop a comprehensive plan-of-care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation. Requirements

  • Relevant clinical experience as per physical therapy setting.
  • Graduate of a Physical Therapy program is required.
  • BS required; Master's or DPT preferred.
  • Current PA Physical Therapy license.
  • Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required on hire.
  • Valid Driver's license and insured automobile (as applicable).
