Requirements

Relevant clinical experience as per physical therapy setting.
Graduate of a Physical Therapy program is required.
BS required; Master's or DPT preferred.
Current PA Physical Therapy license.
Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required on hire.
Valid Driver's license and insured automobile (as applicable).
