About The Position

HTS is currently looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team on a part time/consistent PRN basis at a continuing care retirement community in Richmond, Indiana. This flexible position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while accommodating a variety of scheduling needs, including weekday and weekend availability. We can offer a consistent schedule of 10 to 15 hours per week, tailored to your availability and preferences. Job Details: - Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. - Complete recertifications, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely and accurate manner. - Deliver effective, patient-centered treatment to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and optimal patient care. - Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date patient records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Requirements

  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Proven experience in outpatient therapy or a similar clinical setting.
  • Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends if needed.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-focused care.
  • Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam.
  • Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
