About The Position
This position is for a Physical Therapist (PT) working Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with 40 hours per week and no weekend rotation. This is a permanent placement opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), offering a salary range of $49–$55/hour. The PT provides rehabilitation services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, focusing on restoring mobility and functional independence.
Requirements
- Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or PT)
- Strong skills in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and EMR documentation
Nice To Haves
- Experience in SNF, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings is preferred
