Location: Metro Detroit Region Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapy Supervisor to oversee and assist our physical therapy services for home healthcare patients in the Metro Detroit/ Troy region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of physical therapists and delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Requirements

Master's degree or doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Minimum experience in physical therapy, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Good knowledge of home healthcare regulations and standards.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to physical therapy staff to ensure delivery of high-quality care to patients in accordance with best practices and clinical guidelines.
Develop and implement policies and procedures ensure continued compliance with all practice standards.
Provide training and education to physical therapy staff to ensure ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.
Market and promote our services in a variety of settings and practices
Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to ensure effectiveness of treatment plans, and adjust as needed.
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities to ensure continuous improvement of services.
