The Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates, plans, and delivers evidence‑based physical therapy interventions to patients across acute hospital, acute rehabilitation, inpatient, medical‑surgical, and outpatient care settings. This role conducts comprehensive assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, pain management, and overall functional independence. The PT collaborates closely with the interdisciplinary care team, participates in discharge planning, and educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety strategies. This position ensures accurate, timely documentation and maintains compliance with regulatory and facility standards while delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Physical Therapy (PT) license in state of practice
  • Basic Life Support certification is required
  • Rehab or acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities
