Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health Location: Norwalk, CT / Stamford, CT Paid Per Visit – Starting at $90 per visit Nightingale Home Healthcare has been putting patients first for over 25 years. Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license in Connecticut
- Minimum of 1 year PT experience; Home Health and OASIS experience preferred
- Experience with WellSky (Kinnser) software preferred
- Physical exam within the last 12 months
- Valid TB test (within 12 months) and current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance
- Ability to attend a 1–2 day orientation in Stamford, CT
- Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
