Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Everett Transitional Care Services | Everett, WA $60-$65/hour | Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Therapist-Owned Company Independence Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist for Everett Transitional Care Services in Everett, WA. Requirements

  • Current Washington PT license in good standing
  • Minimum 3 years' experience
  • Degree from an accredited PT program
  • Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population
  • Ability to supervise a PTA

Nice To Haves

  • SNF experience preferred - but not required

Responsibilities

  • Treat a geriatric population in a SNF setting
  • Functional mobility and gait training
  • Transfer training (all levels)
  • Fall prevention and safety training
  • Treatment of clinically complex patients
  • Discharge planning and care coordination
  • Collaboration with nursing, OT, ST, and facility staff
  • Supervision of a PTA (as needed)
