Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Bethany at Pacific | Everett, WA $60-$65/hour | Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Therapist-Owned Company Independence Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist for Bethany at Pacific in Everett, WA. New therapists receive: Amazing integration and onboarding 1:1 training for documentation and evaluations Customized clinical training based on your experience Ongoing mentorship and competency support when needed What You'll Do As the PT, you'll treat our geriatric population, including: Functional mobility and gait training Transfer training (all levels) Fall prevention and safety training Treatment of clinically complex patients Discharge planning and care coordination Collaboration with nursing, OT, ST, and facility staff Supervision of a PTA (as needed)

Requirements

  • Current Washington PT license in good standing
  • Minimum 3 years' experience
  • Degree from an accredited PT program
  • Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population
  • Ability to supervise a PTA

  • SNF experience preferred - but not required
