About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a high-performing acute care therapy team within a 221-bed Level II Trauma Center. This role provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced clinical environment supporting a diverse patient population across orthopedics, neurology, cardiovascular care, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Both experienced therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s or higher)
• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
• Open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and functional evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy plans and assistive devices
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams in a trauma-level hospital setting
• Manage caseload prioritization, documentation, and care coordination
