Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
- Minimum of 1 year of PT experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient mobility, strength, range of motion, and pain levels
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and assistive devices
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate changes in condition with the Director of Nursing and physicians
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including discharge planning
- Deliver compassionate, respectful care to patients and their families
