Physical Therapist (PT) Full-Time

Independence Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist for each of three facillities in Everett, WA: Bethany at Pacific Bethany at Silver Lake Everett Transitional Care Center If you're looking for a SNF role with stability, support, and protection from unrealistic facility pressure , this is a great fit. New therapists receive: Amazing integration and onboarding 1:1 training for documentation and evaluations Customized clinical training based on your experience Ongoing mentorship and competency support when needed What You'll Do As the PT , you'll treat our geriatric population, including:
Requirements
- Current Washington PT license in good standing
- Degree from an accredited PT program
- Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population
- Ability to supervise a PTA
- SNF experience preferred - but not required
- If you're caring, motivated, and licensed, we'll support your growth

Responsibilities
- Functional mobility and gait training
- Transfer training (all levels)
- Fall prevention and safety training
- Treatment of clinically complex patients
- Discharge planning and care coordination
- Collaboration with nursing, OT, ST, and facility staff
- Supervision of a PTA (as needed)
