About Loma Linda Post Acute Located in San Bernardino County, Loma Linda Post Acute is a 4-star Medicare-rated facility providing 24-hour skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services. Our dedicated team delivers compassionate care following surgery, illness, or injury, helping residents return to their highest level of function. We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy in a warm, home-like setting with engaging daily activities.
