Requirements

  • Current Physical Therapist license in good standing
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Patient-focused mindset with a passion for functional outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient-centered goals
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and recovery strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Support a positive, motivating therapy environment
